Refund policy

How you pay

Plans and hardware are paid in advance by card or crypto at checkout. Plans do not renew automatically: each payment covers a fixed period, and you renew by paying again. You can stop at any time by not renewing.

Software plans

• New plan purchases can be refunded in full within 7 days of payment if you contact us in that time.
• After 7 days, the current period is not refunded. Your plan stays active until the period ends.
• Data credits that have been used, and hours of trade data already downloaded, are not refunded.
• Builder fees on Hyperliquid orders are paid on each trade and are not refundable.

Desk hardware

• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship.
• Unused hardware in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The refund covers the item price, less original shipping. You pay return shipping to Thailand.
• Faulty hardware is covered by the warranty.
• Parcels lost or damaged in transit are replaced or refunded only if you opted for insurance with the postal service. See shipping.
• The year of live data included with a Desk Ticker, and lifetime plans included with the Founders Series, end when the hardware is returned.

Crypto payments

Crypto refunds are sent in the same asset to an address you give us, at the amount paid in US dollars at the time of purchase. Network fees are deducted.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or raise a ticket through support chat with your order number. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
