Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of MrTrades websites, APIs, apps, and related services available at mrtrades.com and related domains (collectively, the “Service”), operated by MrTrades (“MrTrades”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MrTrades provides crypto-native tools including market screening, charts, a trading terminal, trade journal, backtesting, tape/data products, device/ticker integrations, Nexus awareness features, account portal, and related APIs. Features may change, be limited by subscription tier, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Not financial advice; no brokerage

The Service provides informational market data, signals, and tools only. Nothing on the Service is investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. MrTrades is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial adviser. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for complying with laws that apply to you.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may need a MrTrades Auth account (including email/password, passkeys, MFA, and/or social login) and may link wallet addresses to your identity. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys, device keys, and wallet access. Activity under your account or keys is deemed yours.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, overload, scrape without permission, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Bypass rate limits, paywalls, auth, or access controls
  • Share account credentials or keys in a way that violates these Terms or your plan
  • Use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, or to harm others
  • Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law allows
  • Misrepresent affiliation with MrTrades or resell the Service without our written consent

5. Market data and third parties

Prices, funding, volume, order flow, and related data may come from third-party venues and providers. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Third-party terms and availability apply. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted delivery of any data.

6. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Paid plans, API credits, promo codes, and referrals (if offered) are subject to pricing and limits shown in the Portal at purchase or renewal. Payments made through the Portal are generally final once confirmed, except where we expressly state otherwise or law requires. Unused credits may expire as described at purchase. We may change prices prospectively with notice via the Service.

Where we offer a “lifetime” membership with a desk ticker (including Founders Series), “lifetime” means for the life of the MrTrades desk ticker product line and its remote management service, while your account remains in good standing. It covers the original device and official panel expansions under the same licence. It does not guarantee every future infrastructure or software feature forever, and it does not transfer if your account is terminated for breach.

7. Your content and journal data

You retain rights to content you submit (notes, journal entries, preferences, webhook configs, display names, and similar). You grant MrTrades a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You must not submit content that infringes others’ rights or is unlawful.

8. APIs, webhooks, and devices

API keys, inbound webhooks, ticker/device keys, and similar credentials are personal to your account. You must keep them secret and revoke them if compromised. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke access for abuse, security risk, or non-payment.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, and documentation are owned by MrTrades or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or marks except as allowed by the Service or with written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DATA OR SIGNALS WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MRTRADES AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify MrTrades against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, non-payment, or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) survive termination.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be noted in the Portal or changelog where practical.
