Risk disclosure

Trading perpetual futures carries a high risk of loss. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Read this page before your first live order.
Leverage and liquidation
Perpetual futures use leverage. A small price move can cause a large loss. If your margin falls too low, Hyperliquid can liquidate your position and you can lose all the margin in it.
Volatility and funding
Crypto prices can move sharply and without warning. Funding payments are charged or paid while a position is open and can add to your losses.
Orders are not guaranteed
Orders, stop-losses, take-profits and close-all actions can fill at a worse price than expected, fill in part, or not fill at all, for example during fast markets, low liquidity, or an outage at Hyperliquid, your network, or MrTrades.
Automated trading
Strategies, bots and AI assistants can place orders you did not review one by one. Practice-mode results and past performance do not predict live results. You are responsible for every strategy you run.
Hyperliquid and wallets
Your trades settle on Hyperliquid, a third-party exchange that MrTrades does not control. Smart contract, bridge and wallet risks apply. Keep your seed phrase and private keys safe; MrTrades never asks for them.
No advice
MrTrades provides software and data. It does not give investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Signals, alerts and marketplace listings are information, not recommendations. See the Terms of Service.
