What is covered

The Desk Ticker and Desk Control are covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, including the display, electronics and power supply supplied in the box.

What is not covered

• Damage from drops, liquid, misuse, or a power supply we did not supply
• Opening the case or changing the hardware
• Firmware other than official MrTrades updates
• Normal wear and natural changes in teak, such as colour and grain
• Trading losses, including any linked to a device or display fault

How to make a claim

Email [email protected] or raise a ticket through support chat with your order number, the device serial, and a description or photo of the fault. Most issues can be fixed remotely with a firmware update. If not, we repair or replace the device. For approved claims we pay shipping both ways.

Your rights

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
